Luther Mankato Honda is looking for a Lube Technician. Our service department has seen tremendous growth and we are in need of more help servicing our guests' vehicles. Your role as a Lube Technician is very important to our dealership. Quick, yet quality service, is critical to the long-term success of our service department and overall dealership success. Lube Technician Responsibilities:

• Perform basic maintenance services such as oil changes and tire rotations.
• Inspect every vehicle and document the results on the multi-point inspection.
• Repair and install tires.
• Ensure that all vehicles leave in as good or better condition than they came in.
• Perform other fluid services related to the transmission, rear differential, transfer case, coolant and brake fluid.

Lube Technician Qualifications:

• Experience is preferred but we are very willing to train an inexperienced candidate who has general mechanical knowledge.
• Strong communication skills are needed with fellow technicians as well as the service advisors.
• Show flexibility in schedule to accommodate a high level of guest satisfaction.
