Responsibilities

• Ensure prompt, courteous, and effective service to all guests in Service Drive
• Obtain information from the guest to effectively and efficiently repair their vehicle
• Follow processes and utilize multiple platforms to carryout the Service Consultant position
• Provide concierge-level service by carrying out "above and beyond" assignments that leave a positive impression with the customer

• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of customer service
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
