Vehicle Care Portal Coordinator

North Country Ford is seeking candidates for our Vehicle Care Portal Coordinator role.  In this role the employee will perform the following duties:

Answer incoming calls to schedule appointments for the Service Department and Mobile Service Team.

Answer Service Voicemail and return calls or contact customers using Mykaarma with email or text messaging.

Contact customers using the Vehicle Care Portal in Ford FMC Dealer to schedule repairs or recalls.

Collaborate with Mobile Service Coordinator to schedule work for Mobile Service Team.

Collaborate with Shop Dispatcher to schedule work for Service Department.

Hours for this role are Monday-Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm.

This is a Full-Time position offering 40 hours per week
