At Rudy Luther Toyota, our receptionist is much more than someone who answers phones. This person creates the first impression for every customer who visits or calls our dealership. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and understands that a smile, a warm greeting, and a caring attitude can make all the difference.

Schedule: 

Mondays/Wednesdays 8:30am-5:30pm 

Tuesdays/Thursdays 8:30am-4:30pm 

Fridays 9am-6pm 

What You'll Do 

• • Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm. 

• • Answer a multi-line phone system with confidence and exceptional phone etiquette. 

• • Answer customer questions and direct guests to the appropriate staff member. 

• • Check in customers accurately to create a smooth, seamless experience for both the guests and staff. 

• • Support administrative duties while maintaining an organized front desk. 

• • Represent Rudy Luther Toyota by treating every guest with empathy and understanding. 

• • Work as a team to create a positive environment. 

We're Looking For Someone Who: 

• • Has exceptional customer service and hospitality skills. 

• • Is friendly, outgoing, and genuinely enjoys working with people. 

• • Has excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. 

• • Can stay organized and composed in a fast-paced environment. 

• • Is dependable, punctual, and takes pride in their work. 

• • At least one previous role in customer service or answering phones is preferred but not required.
