Job Summary: 

As a Cashier you will be working with both Service and Sales while maintaining the highest level of customer service. Processing rental agreements and customer paperwork with exceptional accuracy. We are looking for someone who will treat every customer with empathy, kindness, and professionalism in every interaction. You will learn a basic knowledge of the dealership structures and internal procedures to assist customers and staff efficiently. 

Schedule: 

Monday-Thursday 4pm-8pm and the option to pick up Saturdays. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• • Process payments and cash handling for both Sales and Service. 

• • Organize paperwork for every transaction. 

• • Process rental agreements and returns. 

• • Work closely with the Dealership teams to maintain seamless communication from customers to Advisors, Parts, Sales, and Management. 

• • Work in multiple systems and CRM tools to provide accurate information to our customers and staff. 

• • Answer customer questions in person and on the phone or direct them to the correct staff member. 

• • Work as a team to create a positive environment.

Experience: 

• • At least one previous role in a customer service environment 

• • Cashiering experience preferred 

• • Dealership experience a plus
