Seasonal Summer Service Receptionist 

We are seeking a Receptionist to answer phones in our Service Department with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude! This individual will receive calls into Service, determine the nature of the callers business, resolve their issue, or transfer their call or take a message. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, be articulate and able to provide hospitality level service

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming Service calls
• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, while minimizing hold times
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer to appropriate Manager for resolution
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with customers and fellow employees
