We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Compliance Auditor to join our team. This role is critical in supporting compliance efforts across our dealership network and ensuring adherence to state, federal, and internal policies.

$65k-$85k (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audits of automotive sales and finance deals to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Review customer files across multiple digital platforms to validate legal and policy adherence.
  • Facilitate compliance training for sales and finance personnel, both in-person and virtually, across Luther Landers dealerships.
  • Assess dealership accounting records and operational logs to confirm compliance with Luther Landers policies and handbook standards.
  • Present audit findings to dealership leadership with clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Assist in the development and revision of compliance-related policies and handbooks.
  • Perform other compliance-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to review and interpret contracts, forms, and documents for regulatory and policy compliance.
  • Self-starter who learns quickly and adapts to feedback.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Collaborative team player with a professional and solution-oriented mindset.
  • This position requires periodic travel to dealership locations and other business sites.
  • Due to the nature of this role, maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information and business operations is essential.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):

  • Previous experience in the automotive or dealership environment.
  • Familiarity with compliance auditing, finance documentation, or regulatory processes in other industries
