• This position primarily on the floor of the parts department. Physical requirements of this role include:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without assistance
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to bend, crouch and lift items throughout your shift
  • Ability to drive

This position is scheduled as follows:
M-F 7:30am – 5:00pm

JOB SUMMARY

As a shipping and receiving clerk, your role is essential to the success of the parts department and Schulte Subaru as a whole. You will be responsible for overseeing and documenting the receiving and stocking parts and accessories, as well as, ensuring these parts are available for technicians and customers. This shipping and receiving clerk is also responsible for managing the shipment of outgoing products, materials, and supplies. You must also complete other tasks as assigned by the Parts Manager.

A TYPICAL DAY - JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Track and document all incoming and outgoing parts inventory for the dealership
• Prep packages for shipping – Packaging and weighing items, printing shipping labels and postage
• Inspect goods received for damage
• Complete daily parts delivery with the parts van/outback
• Perform other department duties such as stocking parts, pulling/shipping returns, and warranty scrapping/returning
• Notify Parts Manager of discrepancies between inventory records and shelf quantities
• Assist the parts team and management with other tasks and events as needed
