Job Description
Parts Counter Specialist
Luther Automotive Group is seeking an energetic, adaptable Floating Parts Counterperson to join our growing team. If you thrive in a fastpaced environment, love learning something new every day, and are passionate about the automotive industry, this role offers the perfect blend of challenge, variety, and career growth.
$17-$25/hour
What You’ll Do
- Support multiple Luther Automotive dealerships across the Twin Cities by providing parts counter coverage as needed
- Assist technicians, service advisors, and retail customers with accurate and timely parts information
- Source, order, and distribute parts efficiently to keep service operations running smoothly
- Organize parts inventory
- Build strong relationships with team members across multiple stores
- Deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction
What We’re Looking For
- A selfstarter who enjoys a fastpaced, dynamic work environment
- Strong interest in the automotive industry and eagerness to learn
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to different dealership environments and processes
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between locations
- Previous parts or automotive experience is a plus, but not required—we’re willing to train the right person
