Parts Counter Specialist

Luther Automotive Group is seeking an energetic, adaptable Floating Parts Counterperson to join our growing team. $17-$25/hour

What You’ll Do

• Support multiple Luther Automotive dealerships across the Twin Cities by providing parts counter coverage as needed
• Assist technicians, service advisors, and retail customers with accurate and timely parts information
• Source, order, and distribute parts efficiently to keep service operations running smoothly
• Organize parts inventory
• Build strong relationships with team members across multiple stores
• Deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction

What We’re Looking For

• A selfstarter who enjoys a fastpaced, dynamic work environment
• Strong interest in the automotive industry and eagerness to learn
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to different dealership environments and processes
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between locations
• Previous parts or automotive experience is a plus, but not required—we’re willing to train the right person
