Pay Range: $17 – $20/hour

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers with a friendly, upbeat attitude and professional appearance.

• Guide guests to the correct department or team member and answer basic questions.

• Handle inbound calls with clarity, warmth, and efficiency.

• Assist with appointment check-ins for sales using our computer systems.

• Proactive Multitasking: Balance greeting walk-ins, answering phones, and supporting the team with light administrative tasks.

• Keep the lobby and waiting areas tidy and inviting for our guests.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others.

• Ability to stay organized and calm while managing multiple priorities in a busy environment.

• Basic computer skills for data entry and navigating appointment schedules.

• Comfortable and confident on the phone, ensuring every caller feels heard.

• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable standing/walking for extended periods.

• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but a great attitude is our priority!
