Luther Bloomington Hyundai, part of the respected Luther Automotive Group, is expanding our wholesale parts delivery network to better serve customers in Rochester and Southern Minnesota.

We’re looking for a Driver / Route Representative to join our team — someone dependable, professional, and customer-focused. This role combines delivery driving with light outside sales and relationship building. You’ll be the face of our dealership to many of our valued wholesale customers. This route leaves from Bloomington each morning, delivers down to the Rochester area, and returns in the afternoon. 

$20-22/hour

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver automotive parts to commercial customers across Rochester and Southern Minnesota.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with body shops, repair facilities, and store managers.

• Identify and promote new customer opportunities along the route.

• Maintain delivery records, invoices, and returns with accuracy.

• Keep the vehicle clean, organized, and well-maintained.

• Assist with order pulling and staging as needed.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Reliable, punctual, and professional.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively.

• Previous experience in delivery driving, route sales, or auto parts preferred.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle regular loading/unloading.
