Landers Kia is seeking an experienced Auto Technician to join our team at our shop in Little Rock, Arkansas. We looking to hire three experienced technicians, This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule and Highly competitive pay. At Landers Kia we pride ourselves providing our technicians with latest tools and technology to maximize your pay and performance.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and complex repairs on a variety of vehicles, including but not limited to oil changes, tire rotations, brake repairs, engine diagnostics, and transmission work
- Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using computerized diagnostic equipment
- Communicate directly with customers to explain vehicle diagnosis and repair recommendations
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Keep detailed records of all services and repairs performed
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements through ongoing training and professional development
Do you have?
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
